Write it, share it, sign it — documents that do the work.
Write proposals, agreements and policies together in a full editor — everyone's cursor and edits live, with comments, @mentions and a version every ten minutes. Keep them with your uploads in a drive that's private until you share it, with team folders by their own rules. Preview any file, convert it to PDF, Word or a spreadsheet, rotate, reorder, split and merge PDF pages, share by QR code or read-only link, and send it for signature with a full audit trail — linked to the deal, person or project it's about.

How it works
Three steps, no surprises
1
Write or upload
Start from a template — proposal, NDA, service agreement, offer letter, SOP, policy and more — import a Word or Markdown file, or upload any file into a folder.
2
Work on it together
Edit live with your team, comment and @mention, fill in the template's fields, and restore any version. PDFs get page tools; any file converts to another format.
3
Share and sign
Share with people (view, comment or edit), by read-only link or QR code, email it as a PDF, or send it for signature — the signed record and contract register keep track.

Good to know
We'd rather be upfront than surprise you later:
Signatures are click-to-sign electronic signatures with an audit trail. They aren't Aadhaar eSign or a digital signature certificate (DSC) — for documents the law requires those for, use a licensed eSign provider.
The signed file isn't changed; the certificate of completion is a separate PDF that records the file's fingerprint, the signers and every event.
Uploads are up to 25 MB each and 1 GB per workspace. Search looks inside written documents and file names; scanned PDFs without a text layer can't be searched or turned into text (there's no OCR).
PowerPoint files preview as their slides' text, not their design. Editing a PDF's text isn't possible — convert it to an editable document to work with its text.
Questions people ask
Can several people edit a document at once?+
Yes. Everyone who can edit it sees the others' cursors and changes as they type; it saves itself, and a version is kept every ten minutes so nothing is lost.
Who can see my documents?+
What's in My documents is private until you share it. Team folders follow their own rules — everyone, owners and admins, or chosen people — and shares add view, comment or edit for the people you pick.
Can a signer change the document?+
No. They see the exact version that was sent, and its SHA-256 fingerprint is in the certificate, so anyone can check the file wasn't altered afterwards.
What happens if someone declines?+
The request stops, the sender is told the reason, and nobody else can sign it. Make a new request once it's sorted out.
